Quick Service Restaurant – Godfather's Restaurant Hickman NE

Reports to: Store Manager

Status: Non-Exempt

Major Responsibilities

  • Fully understand and able to perform the job description for the position of food service Customer Service Associate
  • Must consistently have a positive attitude.
  • Review, abide by, and perform according to Company Policy and Procedures.
  • Follow safety and accident handling procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service including quick, tactful handling of complaints.
  • Ensure facility and equipment are clean and inviting.
  • Stock food products, rotate and clean. Follow state and local laws concerning safe food preparation and handling.
  • Comply with company cleanliness, grooming, and uniform policies.

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, and individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Education

 Complete all customer service associate and other required training.

Physical Ability

Ability to walk, reach, stoop, and kneel. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, infrequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds. Continuous standing for up to a 6–8-hour shift.

This position requires frequent kneeling, bending, lifting, carrying (up to 30 pounds), stacking, loading, standing; sweeping mopping, changing trashes, general and detail cleaning of kitchen items and equipment, and working in various temperatures (kitchen heat/coolers/freezers).
